Gemfall is published by ZIX DEV Inc. This policy explains how information is handled when you play Gemfall, make a purchase, see an ad, contact us, or visit this website.

Information and how we use it

• Game progress. Gemfall has no player accounts or cloud saves. Progress and preferences are stored on your device.
• Anonymous analytics. We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics to understand game usage and improve Gemfall. Usage and basic technical information, including IP addresses and platform information, are processed to produce aggregate statistics. Our analytics reports do not identify individual players.
• In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Purchase information is used to recognize purchases and provide purchased content. Payment-card details are handled by the store.
• Support. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share, so we can respond and resolve your request.

Website visits

This website uses our self-hosted Plausible service to understand page views, referral sources, approximate location, and device or browser types. IP addresses and browser information are processed to produce aggregate reports. Website analytics use no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

Advertising and other services

Gemfall uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, maintain its services, and prevent fraud. Processing depends on your choices, device settings, and the ad configuration.

We use service providers for the functions described here and require protection consistent with this policy and applicable law. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising information, and Apple’s Privacy Policy. These services may process information outside your country.

Your choices

You can manage advertising and tracking permissions in your device’s privacy settings. Where consent choices are presented in the game, you can choose whether to allow the optional processing described there. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or ask about access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including support, security, and legal obligations. Apple and Google apply their own retention policies to information they process. Deleting the game removes its local data. Copies in device backups, store purchase records, and information held by service providers are managed separately through those services.

Children and privacy

Gemfall is not directed at children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us so we can review and address it.
